I used to say id be dead by thirty…we have six months left. i’d say tho…walks in the woods, lemon water, my moon and my crystals, shopping at trader joes, having a routine and structure, the Fabulous app is a great and motivational tool. vitamins, meds when needed, learning to breathe, finding the things that ground me and also keep growing me and of course snacks, salt is how I survive. my cortisol levels have been so high for 29 years that I have no idea how I am even alive still. these are just some daily things. but for real if your struggling, shop at trader joes I get so much food for cheap, and its all the fucking best. if you need help try therapy and meds if needed I did it and I re learned my entire brain(always working on it but i’m so much fucking more aware then I was a year ago) and most important notice these things, what am I feeling? positive or negative in any situation and people, time to say goodbye to some, set boundaries, how do you feel? its okay to bless and release the trash in life. find what brings you peace, joy, fire, and happiness. drink your lemon water and it will all be okay!
